Marami ding local trapos na galit sa kanila o nag-aalala na mapalitan sila ng mga komunista sa gobierna. At ina-assasinate sila. May mga civilian at negosyante din na galit sa kanila dahil sa extortion...
The writ of amparo is very new and I think there have only been a couple of writs granted so far. So, it is premature to base judgment from it. While it is obvious there is some military involvement, that does not mean it is the government policy. I don't think an objective and thorough study on the problem has been done. The Alston report is extremely biased against the government.
