Would you go for federalism? What are the pros and cons of federalism versus our present form of government?

Currently, the government is centralized, with power concentrated in Manila. With federalism, power will be decentralized, and, theoretically, power will be greatly distributed to the local authorities of a region or state.

Federalism is very good provided real power is shared by the national government to regions, including significant control of taxes.

No choice on this one. Our Muslims made it a requirement in the Mindanao peace accord.
