KEEP ALL CAPS TO A MINIMUM. IF YOU NEED TO EMPHASIZE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING, you can underline or changed the color of the text instead. USING ALL CAPITAL LETTERS IS ANNOYING TO THE EYE AND IS THE WRITTEN EQUIVALENT OF YELLING. IT IS INCONSIDERATE TO EVERYONE READING THE BOARDS. (I just did that to drive the point home.)
